acceptance of the Terms & Conditions is required before the form can be submitted
and the Terms & Conditions DO NOT need to be returned.
If you have chosen to print out the Booking Form and return it by post then please print, sign and return a copy of the Terms & Conditions
together with your completed Booking Form and deposit payment cheque/check.
I would also advise that you print a copy for your own reference.
