Features of Rookwood2 U.S. queen (U.K. king) sized bedroom suites with ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, cable TV and radio/alarms 2 twin bedrooms. One with cable TV and games machine. The other has a selection of toys for our younger guests. Both are equipped with ceiling fans. The 3rd (family) bathroom is conveniently positioned between the 2 twin bedded rooms 2 living areas Lounge/dining room with 2 comfortable sofas (2 seater, 3 seater). For your convenience there is a PC with high speed broadband connection which is FREE for your use. There is a wireless router connected if you need to bring your own wireless enabled laptop. There is also a CD/cassetter/radio. Family room again there are two comfortable sofas (2 seater, 3 seater). There is also a 32" LCD flat screen cable TV with 75 channels to choose from. Numerous family board games are also supplied. A DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Sliding doors lead from this beautiful room to the pool deck. The doors can be alarmed for added security if you have young children among your party. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including fridge/freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery, glassware and plastic bowls, cups (for use in the pool area) are provided. There is also a good range of cooking equipment for those who like to self cater. As well as the formal dining table in the lounge area, there is also a table and chairs in the kitchen area. Private swimming pool & hot tub Our screened pool area has the benefit of wonderful views across the golf course. Safety fencing is provided, around the pool to protect young children. The hot tub has adjustable jets, adjustable temperature control, coloured "mood" lights and a waterfall feature. Heating is available for the poolPool heating and use of the hot tub are optional and an extra fee is charged. See Rates. Pool table, air hockey table and electronic darts game. The darts have safe plastic points. Laundry Facilities Our home is equipped with full laundry facilities including a washing machine, separate drier, iron, ironing board, laundry baskets in all bedrooms and a clothes line in the garage to dry off all your swimming stuff Additional items which are included in the rental chargeBBQ (electric George Forman) can be used outside in the pool area, digital safe, telephone calls (local/long distance and international calls), PC with high speed broadband and WIFI connection, baby equipment - crib, high chair, stroller, side bar for single bed, toys, pool towels, hair driers in all bathrooms. Our superb, spacious home has 1940 sq. feet of living area. The open-plan design with high ceilings adds to the feeling of spaciousness. Full air conditioning/heating. Ceiling fans in the family room and ALL bedrooms. The living and bedroom areas are carpeted. The villa is large enough to sleep 8 + infant in comfort. |
